Good morning everyone! Some good news this morning, I have a pending charge as of today for $680 from USCIS on my credit card!  Package sent on 01/05 and received on 01/06. Things are moving

Got my i751 approved yesterday.    My time line line is    filed i751 July 2019   biometrics November 2019   Approved February 26 th 2021

*** UPDATE ***

 

We filled/sent package a day after the 90 days. Got check cashed today not NOA, or text yet... thinking I will call...

TIMELINE :

Visa Category: K1

Packet sent : 01.11.21

Packet received : 01.12.21

Check cashed : 02.17.21

Text Received: 02.17.21 (SCR Service Center)

NoA1 Dated: 02.17.21

NoA1 Received: 03.05.21 - We had weather storm in Texas the week the case was received, not sure if this affected the delivery on the NoA1 - 

 

Just Updated the google doc's file

wow, you waited a long time for you NOA! Our check was cashed on 26th of February, received text on 1st of March and we did not get the NOA yet ( March 5) but it looks like I need more patience... It's hard because the google doc shows that so many couples got their NOA within a few days...

EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    ( Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!

yeah that is true.. with the storm we got no post service for an entire week... on top that you don't know if that affected Texas service center.... 

wait was not easy checking every day informed delivery and getting frustrated when I didn't see the picture of the USCIS letter

Update on our I-751:

 

Application sent via FedEx : 01/27

Application received : 01/29

Checked cash + text with case # EAC : 03/03

NOA with 18 months extension received : 03/04 (the very next day)

We actually got NOA today even though there was nothing on Informed Delivery, how strange! But I can relax now and renew my driving license!

I was filing so late because my application was rejected the first time for sending it too early, even though the USPS receipt showed that it was in time....  I had to file again.

Good luck and hang in there. It looks as it takes them around 4-5 weeks.

Hey guys, hope someone can help. I sent out the form I 751 to remove my wife conditional green card and after I sent it 6 weeks ago I realized that I signed part 7 instead of her and she signed part 8 instead of me because I thought I was the petitioner but it was her. What should I do?

Hopefully it’s a good sign.

Packet received : 01/13

Credit card was charged and called USCISfor my case number (SRC) :02/12

Extension Received : 02/22

2nd update tracker: 03/05“Name was updated

3rd update tracker : 03/08 Fingerprints were taken

Just out or curiosity... Did you receive a letter about biometrics or similar that says biometrics were waived?

 

Our case haven't been updated/progress (yet), besides being received.

I have not received any letter about biometrics yet. 

Texas filer here as well ( Dallas)

I believe they re-used my fingerprint from AOS!

I haven't received the biometrics letter but I see my status has been updated to "fingerprints were taken" as of yesterday! :)

 

I-751 Received: 1/4

NOA1: 2/17

Fingerprints were taken status change: 3/8
