Thanks! That’s relieving to hear especially after reading others getting their biometrics waived :)

hi .. need help on I 751

my Attorney send the green card renewal documents and USCIS received on Feb 1st. but i still haven't received any letter from them. and my green card is expiring tomorrow

Maybe call them? Have the attorney call? Why did not you submit it earier, just to account for the delays?  Mine expires in May and I sent the application on Feb 8th - exactly 90 days prior expiration date. and I am now freaking out that I wont get my NOA before then ...

I guess being worried is normal, but as long as you have the tracking and know package was delivered you are OK.  I keep checking my bank to see if they charged the card ... it is just another enrve racking experiance with USCIS.... and is not going to be the last. Just hang in there - seems like they need like a month to process, based on what Ii have been seeing lately.

We got our NOA1 last week, 10 days after my husband's green card expired. Don't worry, as long as you submitted it on time (and can prove it if an issue arises with a receipt) then you're fine.

Just made a google sheet to keep track for Jan 2021 filers like the sheets from last months. Please update this if you can. Thank you!

Filled out the form (correctly, I hope)! We were almost late filing this set of papers... window opened 10/31/2020 (GC expired 1/31/2021) and we filed 1/25/2021. Life gets in the way, especially in a pandemic! Check cashed 3/1 and informed delivery tells me we have USCIS mail today 3/4!!

Now for more waiting...

My Green Card expired February 19th and I still have no NOA. I just got the text message with my case number on March 2nd, check was cashed March 1st. I totally understand how you feel and I was worried as well. But I think as long as they have received your application before your Green Card expires everything is fine.

I was filing so late because my application was rejected the first time for sending it too early, even though the USPS receipt showed that it was in time....  I had to file again.

Good luck and hang in there. It looks as it takes them around 4-5 weeks.

Does anyone know how long does the NOA usually get delivered after the mailing date? I called USCIS and they said my NOA was mailed on 03/01 but I need it ASAP as I am looking for another job.

You can compare the length of time on this spreadsheet, made by one of our members. My check was cashed on the 26th, I received the text message on the 1st of March but still have not received my NOA. You are in a good situation because at least you know they sent it.
