Our petition was received on the 12th as well but no text and no money taken out of the account yet. :( Keeping our fingers crossed!

You will get good news soon..

Can you tell me how do you register the number as the case on myUSCIS? For some reason I don't remember having to do that so I was assuming it is automatic. Everything seems so unpredictable. I read somebody's post yesterday how they had to wait 2 months for their extension letter...

I remember doing this after signing in and doing it manually by using one of the drop down menus on the top right corner. when I was going through AOS 2-3 years ago.

I didn't know it can be automatically appeared on your account.

we got our Receipt # yesterday, received date 1/12/2021.  Nebraska.  Any idea how long this will take there?

Same I got my receipt yesterday. My receive date is 1/11/2021 and it is Nebraska (LIN). But I only got the copy of extension letter . I think the original one is sent to my lawyer. Do I need to ask my lawyer to send me the original one ??

Hello everyone!

Haven't posted in a loooong time but I sent out my i751 3 weeks ago and still waiting on my check to be cashiered and a notification that they received my application. I know people who filed last year who got a notification a week later it was received.  Is there currently a delay with i751 processing? I sent mine to the USCIS Arizona office.

Thank you!

Isabel

EDIT: just read previous replies to this post. Seems like there is a delay! That sucks.

Question: we just moved to a new address but at the same time filing for i751, should we Include AR 11 on the petition or file it separately, or do we even need to file AR 11 at all given that we put the new address on the 1751 form

Just file AR11 online and then put the new address in I751 form.

I think from the looks of it, receiving and cashing the check up to NOA1 takes about 6 weeks now a days to process. Just wait it out a few more weeks, then if it still hasn’t come then I’d call USCIS for updates

How many business days does it take from the text notification till you receive the actual receipt notice in the mail? I got the tech on Friday and still nothing in the mail (I wonder if it’s because it was Presidents’ Day today....)

Hey all.

Petition received 14th Jan. Still waiting for receipt notice to arrive. Have learnt that I am eligible to apply for naturalisation in November even if I-751 has not completed yet. Anyone else thinking about doing this too?

Hello, you should receive the receipt number soon then. they received my petition on the 7th and I got news last friday. As for the Naturalization, yea I also qualify to file paper work by December (90 days prior) to being married 3 years as a permanent resident and i will do so. best of luck!

Hi all,

I sent my petition to remove conditions on 01/04 via USPS two-day, so theoretically should have arrived on 01/06 or 01/07 to the Phoenix Lockbox. Foolishly, I did not sign up for text alerts, and somewhere along the way, our tracking number was misplaced, so I don’t know whether or not it was actually received. I called USCIS this morning, and the agent said there was no receipt number yet generated for my petition, and to wait 90 days from filing. Except, obviously if I don’t receive that receipt, that throws a huge wrench into my family’s life, as I rely on my conditional green card for my employment status and not having one puts me at risk of losing my job. Any advice? I’m not sure when should be cause for concern given the delays (though I am, obviously, concerned).

We got Texas Service Center! Is there a significance to where they send you or is it just random?

I was asking because someone posted on here an article on here from a webinar where they wrote that some receipt #s can get an interview waiver and I believe LIN is one of them here is the article. https://www.dhs.gov/publication/uscis-processing-concurrently-pending-forms-n-400-and-forms-i-751
