We have license expiring on Feb 9, and appointment for license is also a problem in NJ requiring two months in advance.

Real problem for us.

We didn’t file at earliest in the window because we also moved in late December, and I don’t trust them with address changes. Too bad I didn’t realize they were so messed up with delays we would have just taken a chance with the address change.

Have you tried just going to the DMV and taking a chance without an appointment? I got my driver's license here in Denver last September and they were doing appointments only. But since they didn't have anything available at all, I just went and took a chance. They let me in since they weren't busy that day. :)

Got my NOA1 with my extension of 18 months. It’s dated 2/3. Check was cashed 2/5. Date received 12/31.
Not I can finally renew my license! It’s only been a week, but I’m going mad I need my car! Haha

When you track your case dose it’s says case received the day your packet  delivered

My file was received on Jan 6. I received a text message last night (Feb 8th) from USCIS notifying me my case number. This morning (Feb 9th) I see a pending transaction on my bank account - my check was cashed! Now waiting for the NOA and extension letter.

Good morning everyone! Some good news this morning, I have a pending charge as of today for $680 from USCIS on my credit card!

Package sent on 01/05 and received on 01/06.

Things are moving a little faster than it was a month ago and hopefully my NOA arrives next week!

WOW that is awesome! I sent out 1/02 and still they haven't cashed my money order. I wish I would have done the credit card payment instead.

We sent our package January 4th and was delivered on the 6th.

I just checked our bank account, and our credit card has been charged 680$.

Hopefully we get our NOA soon 🤞🤞

Update:

Our check cleared last night and we got our receipt number ( LIN).

Now the wait game begins 😁

Good news is that somebody from October filers already got their 10 year green card today. And there was somebody who got approved on Thursday.
I will also copy what somebody wrote there because I think it is interesting to know.

Member called Jesusboy wrote:

If your receipt number starts with "SRC, EAC, VSC, LIN", be on the look out because USCIS is really moving fast with those applicants by waiving interviews. It is the same story on ***removed*** forum.

This is why:

During this session, the speakers explained the circumstances under which Forms N-400 and I-751 may be pending concurrently, clarified USCIS’ current processes when handling and adjudicating these concurrently pending forms, and allowed stakeholders to share their experiences with this process. For example, the speakers confirmed that I-751 receipt numbers with the prefix MSC are routed for interview scheduling; receipt numbers that do not contain the MSC prefix (e.g., EAC, VSC, LIN, etc.) are routed to the appropriate service center for an interview waiver determination. '

You can read further here:

USCIS’ Processing of Concurrently Pending Forms N-400 and Forms I-751 | Homeland Security (dhs.gov)''

I got a text today about my case receipt and is starts with MSC. 😭 means that the interview is not going to be waived. Sucks. It kinda scares me. I feel like I give all that proof I could ever think of !
