Unable to enter NOA1 time

Hi guys,

 

I have finally received my I-130 receipt notice, I have since tried to update my VJ Timeline, however I am met with an error saying that the dates are entered incorrectly, which they are not. 
 

It seems to suggest that the difference between my sent date and the receipt date is longer than the eight weeks the timeline allows, this is in fact the case due to the COVID delays in Texas lockbox.

 

how could I get around this?

What's the time difference?  I'll get the filter corrected so it doesn't bounce back.
