Thanks! I actually only had the K-1 interview at the consulate in Montreal and then a short one at the land border crossing. Otherwise I've had limited correspondence with USCIS via mail/online.

Good morning everyone!

I will join this group if that's ok, we are all in the same boat)

I filed in January, on line, got NOA1, then another NOA1, and then the notice that my fingerprints will be reused and no need for biometrics.

Sooooooo... just waiting for now. Hope this journey will be less stressful and shorter (God willing) then the second green card.

Congrats to smd1 ! Approved on 3/11/2021 and given Oath Ceremony same day! That's awesome!

Thanks jamm6512. Was surprised with the super quick process. It looks like current year filers are tracking better than some of the unlucky folks who applied early to mid 2020

Hi there!

I guess I can consider myself as a January filler, as I sent my app (paper by UPS) back in January ( when 90 days window opened on January 14th) and it was received on Jan 19 ( and this is a receiving date in my noa). But because of delays with paper applications I got first news from uscis only on March 9th ( they cashed my check and sent me a text with a case number). Long story short...hahaha.

Yesterday I got a notice that my interview was scheduled and couldn't believe it, but today I found an actual interview notice in documents tab in my online case. The date is April 22nd 8.30 am at Nashville USCIS!! Yay!!

My residency will turn 3 years on April 4th 2021(k1 visa) and I live in Nashville, Tennessee.

I'm excited and wish everybody to get their interviews asap!💕
