How Ceac account asking to upload ds-260 after interview date is set

My ceac status at CEAC used to say ready for long. When I checked it after I received an interview date, it states the embassy is reviewing our application and to upload ds 260. Is this normal? Should we upload an amended ds-260? 

Is it okay to upload documents at CEAC at this stage?

Imagine you don't do it and they will delay things and you say, the internet said not to do it, do you think they will accept that?

 

It's not abnormal to have to resubmit things if you'd been waiting a very long time, some things need to be updated.

You are right about that, it's bn almost a year . I was not sure if we can re-upload the DS - 260 again. Will it be duplicate or will it replace the first one? I was wondering if it's a standard ceac update or a case specific.
