Hi I reapplied for the AP. Last time I got 2 forms and I just traveled 2 times. Now I applied for a new one but this year I have to travel 6 times due to work and vacation. Can i use one form for several journeys or do i need for each trip a new form.

since they don't really know how many times i will be traveling how do i get more forms?

AP is valid for one year, with multiple trips. You could have travelled as many times as you wanted for the year of the AP's validity. You don't give both copies to the border officer, you just get them stamped and get your passport stamped, and then you travel using your passport with the stamp in it.

When you get the AP renewed, make sure you don't give away both your copies. You will be able to travel as often as you want.

I can't believe the officers didn't tell you that. Who did you give them away to?

They did not take it away, but when i traveled the second time they asked me for the empty one, cause the one was stamped already. So they made me thnk i have to have a empty one every time.

so from now on i can just travel with the same paper and they stamp it multiple times till it expires?

When I used my AP for the first time, I took one of the AP documents into Immigration at the border (land border) and the officer stamped the AP document and stamped my passport with a stamp that said: "Paroled until October 30, 2005" (with some other numbers and letters). Then, after that, when I re-entered the U.S., all I showed was the stamp in my passport, not the AP document.

I could use that stamp to re-enter the U.S. for a period of one year (which was October 30, 2005).
