Urgent: I-130 part 9 Additional Information

Hi all, 

 

I just realized I did not sign / date the pg 12, the part 9 "Additional Information" of the I-130

 

how serious of an issue is this - and how might I fix this? I can 'recall' the package as it is still in transit, and resend, please let me know if anyone out there knows how to deal with this.

Sign and date page 12?  I thought the petitioner only had to sign page 9.  If you signed page 9 you should not have any issues.

yes that's what I thought as well!

 

but I have some "additional information" which required use of page 12, and then only realized that page 12 header says if you want to use this page, you need to sign/ date the bottom of this page. I've already sent out my package though...

The way I read it, you not have to sign and date any added sheets you may include in the application, not Page 12 itself.  That being said, I would not fret over it too much.
