I think the focus of Biden and his team is to try to make a smooth transition and avoid provoking any 'election fraud'-related tantrums in the interim.   After January 20, they can roll up their sleeves and go to work.

Lot of speculations about what Biden is going to do. In reality his administration hasn't said anything to keep or reverse this immigration ban.

This is a very bad and sad news for people like us with a green card holder... this administration just making thing's very difficult for somebody us filling for our wifes and children's under age 18 to the usa all because we are not a us citizen yet and they believe we can not participate on the next election or we can not or even become a us citizen again they should wait for it and see what will happened on the next future all in the name of covid why Mr President..

@MovingToFlorida Sounds like it took really long for you to get your interview scheduled (before pandemic) after your priority date became active. Were you documantarily qualified before your PD became active? Thanks. I am also F3 and expecting PD to become active in a month, interview at Montreal. Please share your experience as you go through interview process, hopefully F3 processing resumes soon.

I because DC after my priority date became active. It took them forever for them to look at all our documents and deem us DC. Our PD became current in June 2019 and we didn't get our interview until March 2020. I don't think NVC even looked at our documents until our PD became current. But there are 4 of us for them to review plus our sponsor. Hopefully it doesn't take too long once Montreal is allowed to process F3 again.

Biden has not provided any information about reversing the IR5 and family based immigration ban that Trump extended to March 31, 2021.

Biden has provided information that he would reverse the Muslim ban.
