Expedite visa k3 cr1 I need a help

Hi here is Med

I wish everyone everything is fine 

I need ahelp  🆘 so important

Me and my wife married the last month , I'm in Morocco and she is in usa . And she do Dialysis 2 times per week . And her doctor told her you have to do it every day in your house and you need someone with you for help you and she feel weak . We want next week star our process and we want expedite visa or k3 I don't understand how we do it . Please someone tell me how we can do it she needs me too much and this hurts me alot .

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

The K-3 visa isn't offered any longer.  You would file the I-130 petition.  Its processing takes many months.  After the petition is approved, the visa interview would be scheduled, and these are taking many months.  Furthermore, there is a high level of visa fraud in Morocco, so your relationship would be under heavy scrutiny.  Nothing will be fast.  Read the Guides.

Our relationship is very real and we have so many strong proof . What I have to do now please . I  know many people they got there visa In 4 month but no one explained to me. We star our process without expedite or what I didn't understand good . Thank so much

Your wife needs to apply for the CR1 visa and she can ask to have it expedited

but any officer that looks at the case will question why she particularly needs you to care for her or do housework

she should have a nurse or home health aide and family to see her thru this

and they will wonder about her illness and is this long term / trying to prove someone is so sick they need you to care for them can backfire 

How was she able to travel to Morocco and Marry if she was so sick she needed dialysis / that what i would be asking

there are so many things you have to prove to get a visa from Casa embassy / like multiple visits and lots of time spent together / how will she come again to spend more time?

is there a  big age difference as that goes against the visa approval

can she have children/???

is she the same religion as you?

did you marry the 1st time she came to meet you?

If she needs this treatment,   what is she relying on income wise to have the support for u?

you need to worry about all the above

as even if she could get the interview expedited,  you could be denied for any one of the other issues

 

i pray for her to have chances for a recovery

no one gets a visa in 4 months / not from Morocco

mine took 6 years

There are no guarantees after that.

Her doctor told her you have to star do it and she didn't accept she told him I go marriage and after I can do that . When she can to morocco I brought her every day to clinic for dialysis and I have proof . And when she can back to usa her doctor told her you need someone important with you for you do it every day

Put the argument in the I-130 petition that your wife must file.

There are no shortcuts, no secret methods, and no reasonable expectations of success.
