Work and Salary verification from employer

Since filing my 1-129F in April, I've not only changed jobs from the one I wrote on the G-325A, but I've gotten a second job.

I have work/salary verification from the job I left (the one on the G-325A) dated April 24, but not an official letter of when I quit (May 24). Would I need this?

I have work/salary verification from my new job dated June 12 (I started May 29).

My second job is a temp job that I started May 3, and was only supposed to be employed until June 3...however on June 3 I was notified that my assignment was extended through Sept. 30. I wasn't going to obtain a letter from this job because it was only going to last a month, but by Sept. it will have accrued significant income. I've tried obtaining a letter from the agency--I guess they're a national agency (ADECCO) and have been getting the runaround for three weeks now.

So...

Adecco told me they don't do immigration letters, and I had to go through theworknumber.com. So I went there and thought that this is BS and I shouldn't have to pay for my verification, so I tried calling theworknumber and waited on hold for over 45 minutes. The guy on the other end told me Adecco doesn't subscribe to theworknumber's immigration letter services and that I must go through the HR department.

Adecco's HR department as well as the woman I've been pestering no longer return phone calls.

I still get a paycheck every week....

What do I do?

(Note: Not like it's anyone's business, but my full time job that I started in May meets the income requirements alone. I'm trying to save extra money and pay off some debt before my fiance gets here (if he gets here) and my mom is a co-sponsor as well.)

Do I need the second letter?

Will this cause any problems at my fiance's interview if they ask him what I do and he tells them both jobs (Confusing in itself because I'm an executive assistant at my FT job, and a Verizon phone sales person for Adecco inside a Walmart at the PT job) yet I would only have a letter for one? Verizon and Walmart have nothing to do with my employment except Verizon hires through Adecco. Does this make any sense?

Divorced. To hell with him.

I would just use the copies of your paystubs is lieu of the verification letter. Paystubs are dated and show your current income, income to date, and how long you've been earning from that company. Include a letter stating you were unable to get a verification letter from the employer and are providing the paystubs instead.

It looks like you are good. I would just take all the paystubs from the second job just incase they ask for it or they make an issue with your income (which I highly doubt it as you mentioned that you meet the income requirments + have a co-sponsor)

Thanks guys :) I just wasn't sure how important all those letters are or that my G-325A is now outdated.

Oh, my fiance got a new job too this month. He was working both the new job and the old one simultaneously but it was just too much so he took the new one...think it might cause any problems?
