The poblem to marry again u need certificate that u are free to marry and u cant get this in Morocco bcz the local office knows that im married

How ?   if the 1st wife (according to Fatawa ) the approval was not given by 1st wife

your only recourse is to stay and live together in Morocco or another Arab country

or to meet and marry in another country after the covid ( Tunsia is fast )

but your marriage (as it is) is not legal in the US

You need a Moroccan lawyer to help you thru the laws there to dissolve your marriage and remarry

if you did divorce in Morocco,  it would be possible for him to apply K1 as you can obviously still have children and are the same religion

The US embassy will not give you a CR1 visa at this point

What mean clear paper trail

Documentation without conflicting dates......an easy to follow sequence of events which will show that you both were free to marry.

Assuming the IR-1 is denied, I think the K-1 is a waste of time.  You are too married for a K-1.  Get married somewhere and start the process over.

Initially, you would need one in Morocco.  If you were not married,  could there be legal consequences there for you?

I believe so.

The problem in this situation that one girl she got the same problem and at the embassy they told her we dont regonize ur marriage  u need to divorce and apply for k1 so that what she did when she reach the interview date for k1  they told her how u can apply for k1 and here in the system from ur previous application  u was married bcz she upload the divorce certificate and the record from old application still there .

And also if i remarry again i will be question about the first application so im unclear what to do
