I don’t need to, I understand section 214(b) of the INA which says that everyone applying for a tourist visa is presumed to have immigrant intent unless they can prove otherwise. It’s not what I assume, it’s what the law assumes.

That is exactly the reason why they apply for a Tourist Visa from certain countries......

Other than employment letters, bring property titles, rental contracts, business registration, bank statements (their accounts, not yours).  That said, do not expect that the documents will be looked at.  B2 visa interviews usually take less than 5 minutes, so there's hardly any time for the consul officer to verify the authenticity of documents brought to the interview.

As for invitation letters or financial support documents from you, those would be useless.  Your parents just have to list you or your husband as the person paying for their trip on their DS-160 forms.  That's it.

"Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa."

The US Embassy in Manila says to bring what ever supporting evidence to support your case.

Whether or not they get looked at is another issue.  I suspect all due diligence has been done on the applicants before they get to the window.   From the video it sounds like they have adjuctidcated them before the actual interview.

I am almost certain this guy who did my K1 visa interview,  Go to the 20:21 mark to watch video about Toursit Visas

I know this is not the VJ approved view and something people on here tend to get upset about but when you consider this in the totality and taking into account what will happen this year does not really bother me.

I find the people bringing aged parents with the obvious intent to leach of the system more disturbing.

I can't stand anyone who cheats the system either, we all had to stand in line and play the immigration game.

What about DACA, they broke the law and now are rewarded with EAD and Social Security Number, and I have a handful of DACA guys that work for me and it still doesn't sit right with me.

It's not their fault, DACA only applies to people that were brought in as children.

On CNN this morning they were talking about Immigration Reforms and the importance of DAPA.

I know of a lot of my friends' parents being granted visitor visas and staying up to 6 months. But none of them overstayed and did AOS. Some of them actually got petitioned by their children and were granted GCs, only to give them up later on to retire in the Philippines. Filipino parents are rather hard to uproot.

what documents can we submit as an evidence on this matter?

The CO may or may not look at the supporting documents, but you can let your parents take with a them a copy of your bank statements and proof of your LPR status.
