That will help and improve the chances of her parents getting approved.

How?  I'd think it would make it harder to get a B visa, as it would provide a path for AOS.

From my observation it appears like the daughter already has their US Citizenship by the time the parents come over here to visit.  Many stay 6 months once they get here.

Or maybe it might be most of them already have naturalized, and this is why I put that.  This is just my observation.  There seems to always be a few set of parents here each get together.

I have always said it like the older people and the rich people in Philippines get issued a tourist visa as a general rule.

That’s true of most countries I would think as they are the ones that can more obviously prove they are settled/have ties/have the least incentive to overstay in the US.

Agree however with jorgedig that all else equal, having kids as a citizen here is a negative if there is the slightest suspicion there is an incentive to stay and AOS. Like, not having a job or ties to show back home.

Stay and AOS?

That doesn't make sense.  The parents don't want to live in the USA.  They have their lives, their house, their relatives and other family members back in Philippines, they want to go back to their home.  They like to come visit USA and see their kid here.

I only know of one single male parent who has immigrated to USA to live here, all other come for a few months and go home and come back every few years.

Why would they want to stay and try to live in the USA?  They don't want to give up what they have in Philippines.

VJ is FULL of inquiries from USCs whose Filipino parents have come to the US on a B visa and spontaneously decided to AOS.

I’m sorry, how do you know what OP’s parents intentions are? Is there some family connection we are unaware of? Or are you saying that there are zero IR5 AOS by Filipinos? If that is true why is it only the rich who get visas (according to your previous post) and not any parent?

“Spontaneously”

(sometimes of course after previously asking details on VJ before the travel here....)

I have been a part of this forum for many years off and on, never seen one time in the Philippines section someone ask about that, especially in the Philippines section

Back at you, Do you know the OP parents intentions?  You assume they are wanting to come on Tourist Visa to overstay.  Is there some type of family connnection we are not aware of?

Philippines is a pretty good place to live, my nephew just sold his house last year and moved there with his pinay wife he brought to the USA over 20 years ago, at the time I was the cosponsor for him.

I said it's usually the rich and older people, and in Philippines it's a youth driven county,  The parents would be considered old people, anything over 40 plus is considered old in the Philippines.

All my comment are from my 20 plus years of observations, and traveling to and from Philippines and spending extended time there.  I have a handful of close friends that have married girls from Philippines.  I we have fairly large Fil/Am group we meet about 3 times per year.

The older people above 40 or so, most  have no desire to give up their lifestyle, their homes and land and family to pull up stakes and live in the USA, they have established lives and family already in the Philippines.   Home/land are passed down thru families in the Philippines, and it quite common for them to live in a compound which is basically an area where many family members have built homes.

It would be like when my mother was alive, I was going to move away from the city we both lived in, not too far maybe 30 miles or so, I offered to build her a new home next to my home I would of covered all cost, she had no desire to move because that was her home for years.

As for this.....

I have made a lot of contacts in the Davao City area of Philippines, I can get things done there quickly and I know the right people. It's all about knowing the right people.  I have spent about 2 years in the area over the last 15 years.

It's tropical year round, they love Americans, we are treated like celebrities there, and your US dollars goes a long way that is why  I enjoy it so much and spend time there.

I don’t need to, I understand section 214(b) of the INA which says that everyone applying for a tourist visa is presumed to have immigrant intent unless they can prove otherwise. It’s not what I assume, it’s what the law assumes.

Not much to apply and see, when of course you can apply.
