Hey guys, i just saw someone posted on January filers whose folder is delivered to uscis on 2/1,  and credit card is charged last night. It looks like uscis is starting off February, yaaayy!

Update: Yesterday (04-29-21) we received my husband's biometrics letter in the mail. The notice date was for 04-22-21. Biometrics was waived.

Congrats! SRC filers are so lucky!! SRC seems to be the only service center working on i751s nowadays...

Thank you. I've been trying to keep an eye on recent timelines and it seems so. With my luck we'll be one of those cases that take 15 months..🤪

Congrats- I read your post and I checked my case status - it is showing “Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken” yay!!

Woah- same here! This is a nice surprise, since it's taking a really, really long time to do biometrics nowadays.  I assumed it'd be a while since our case is at LIN which seems to be one of the slower centers (though there was a Sept 2020 approval a few days ago). The real wait now begins.

Did you have a pdf of the notice? or are you going off of the case status?  We never got an email, but when I logged into my USCIS account it shows the "fingerprints were taken" status.

Congrats to all of you! WAC seems to be the slowest one, i didn't see a single case that proceeded🙄 in my AOS, I was in CA, it took almost 2 years, then i moved to VA but just before roc, I moved back to CA, my luck😭😭

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Same WAC here! The wait is real...looks like we will have to wait for 6 months minimum to get the biometric updates. Cry me a river...
