Hey guys, i just saw someone posted on January filers whose folder is delivered to uscis on 2/1,  and credit card is charged last night. It looks like uscis is starting off February, yaaayy!

It is not certain that all biometrics will be waived. If you arrived with CR1 and never went to Biometrics Center to have your fingerprints taken in US, my guess is it will not be waived. But for K1 filers, most of them is waived currently, but still not certain, it may depend on the case. It is true that waived biometrics increased last year and this year due to covid.

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Service Center: WAC

I am sorry if someone has asked this question before but I am leaving to Germany in a few weeks. We already got our notice in the mail with the 18month extension. 
 

When I leave the states, do I need to see a USCIS field office to get something in my passport saying I’m ok to leave? Or can I just leave and come back without any issues?

 

just want to be prepared to bring EVERYTHING  I need :) Thanks for your help!

You can leave with your green card + original notice and come back. Should be no problem
