Question: Should I submit the application this Tuesday or wait few days (Thursday) to make sure they don't reject my application for early submission?

I would not send it until the 90 day window is open.  Then, you have to worry about early submission.

I read that someone on here sent their application on the first day of 90 days window and UCIS sent their application back.

Our window opened Feb 6 and we already finished it. We're going to take a break tomorrow, look it over one final time with a fresh set of eyes on Tuesday, and mail it second-day air on Wednesday Feb 10 so USCIS should have it Feb 12.

I sent it on my third day, now I’m a bit scared that they’ll return my package... we’ll wait and see

🇺🇸 N-400 Info for Taiwan 🇹🇼
A USA citizenship applicant who was born in Taiwan may indicate Taiwan as the country of birth on their Form N-400 if he or she shows supporting evidence. Such applicants’ Certificates of Citizenship are issued showing Taiwan as country of birth. USCIS does not issue certificates showing “Taiwan, PRC,” “Taiwan, China,” “Taiwan, Republic of China,” or “Taiwan, ROC.” People’s Republic of China (PRC) is the country name used for applicants born in the PRC. (see USCIS reference: part K chapter 2 footnote 4)

My window opened Jan 1/25 and I sent it a week later. It arrived at the USCIS address in Phoenix.

I agree with previous post.  My 90 day window starts this Thursday, the 12th.  I will overnight on the 11th so it can get there on Thursday.

Just sent it off via UPS - should arrive Friday Feb 12. Our window opened Feb 6. We signed everything this morning (Feb 9) just to add extra buffer. Just praying that the package doesn't get rejected for something silly we overlooked, or by USCIS error.

Good luck! I sent mine on Saturday via UPS and it will get there on Thursday

Hi,

We’re preparing our documents.
We’ve a question about - sworn affidavits by someone attesting to our relationship and marriage.

Our parents live with us. Can we have letters from them? Or do we need letters from friends and not family?
Thank you!

Either can work

Your package seems really similar to mine... we also have a child and I am the stepfather of my wife's daughter, AOS'ed from a B2 visa so we already did a USCIS interview. Here's to hoping we don't get stuck waiting 2+ years like some others have with extensions running out unable to get a passport stamp. It's making me a little nervous  😮 . But just today I saw a November 2020 filer got approved without interview!!! So stressful...

Fingers crossed!!

We're also starting to worry about my husband's driver's license and getting it renewed while the ROC is pending.  I know each DMV is different on how they handle it.  Once we have the NOA in hand I'll feel a bit better.  Otherwise, I guess I'll be doing all the driving!  Lol!
