My application looks like it is moving along at about the same pace with the rest of the applications submitted in February.  At least so far anyway.  When it gets farther along in the process, I'm not sure.  It didn't seem to help speed us through any faster for the change in status process.

We're assigned to the Nebraska center, so, sadly, I think we'll be going very slow.  :(

We are Nebraska too, is it bad news? I couldn't find processing times for all the service centers to compare other than on the USCIS' website. I read some of the March 2020 thread and it looks like some people who got assigned to Nebraska just got accepted and some are still waiting.

Thank you for sharing, I always wondered if coming another Western country helps with the process.

From the other Google sheets, Nebraska currently is going really slow.  It can change though.  I think Texas was super slow for a while, then became CRAZY fast, and is slowing down again.  Not sure if there is a rhyme or reason to it all.  :(

hi guys. Form I-751 on uscis.gov site expires 12/31/2019. Is this form ok to use? Did you guys use the same ?

Please confirm did you guys send all the proof together with form? What did you all include in your package please confirm.

Always use the form on the USCIS.gov site.  So long as it is still the form on there, the "expiration" date doesn't really count.  (I think they put an exp date on there with the intent of revising it after that time, but they don't always do that.)  When/If they update it, they will post a new one.

Yes, we all sent proof along with the form.  If you look through this thread, particularly the earlier postings, you'll see some examples of what people included, some examples of language for the coversheet, etc.  After reading through it, you'll have a good idea of how you'd like to customize your package based on what information you have.  :) It is ok if it is not identical to any of ours - each relationship is unique and each piece of proof can be different.  Just make sure you include the items which the Form I-751 tells you that you MUST include.

I randomly checked my credit card account today and I have a pending transaction from USCIS! I was not expecting it this week.

I sent my ROC on 2/24/2021, it was delivered at the lockbox on 2/26/2021.

I updated the Excel as well, waiting for a text/email/letter to get more info on processing center etc.

The were some cases in Nebraska that were filed early/mid 2020 and were approved with an interview waiver in 4-5 months. It does seem like they've slowed down and the recent fast approvals w/interview waivers are all out of Texas.

If you need to interview, then there's an enormous bottleneck at the field offices. So even if the service center processes the I-751 quickly (i.e. decides it needs to be interviewed), it could easily take 1-2 years to get an interview.

Processing times are all messed up right now since USCIS keeps transferring cases between service centers based on interview being waived or not. Currently, Nebraska seems slow but who knows what's gonna happen a month later? 😁

I actually think Potomac has longest waits right now, based on the USCIS processing times online. But yeah, this stuff changes so fast it's not even worth worrying about. All I'm hoping for is that we get the 10-year card within 20 months, which is when the extension expires. Anything beyond that is pure gravy.

CR1 visa removing condition

My spouse is US citizen.

Going through the form I-751, couple of questions.

PART 4 ( Information about the US citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse)

This is about my American citizen spouse, right?

PART 7 (Petitioners statement ,contact info, acknowledgement of appointment at USCIS application support centre , signature)

This is about myself who is removing condition ?

PART 8( Spouse or individual listed in Part 4 statement, contact info, acknowledgement of appointment at USCIS application support centre)

This is again about my American citizen spouse?

PART 10 (contact information, statement, signature of person preparing this petition, if other than the petitioner)

I am removing condition so i am preparing the form so i leave this part blank?

Under Part 10 , 8 a. Preparer signature and b. Date of signature

Do I sign here?

Sorry we are getting confused.

Sent our I-751 on February 15th, 2021, Received in Arizona Center on February 19th, just cashed our check today March 25th. Hoping for the NOA1 in the next week. Thank you to everyone who has put their received/cashes dates up- made me less paranoid that they lost our file. Sadly, they "misplaced" our green card for 6months so I'm now skeptical about each step of the process.

Hi,

Here are the answers:

1st Question: Yes.

2nd: Yes.

3rd: Yes.

4th: Unless someone else is helping you to prepare and fill this form, then yes.

5th: Part 10/8a is still part within part 10. If you have a preparer, then it will be signed by preparer. If you don;t have a preparer, then it will be left blank.

I can't stress enough that You should read the instructions very very carefully before starting filling out form. If you read instructions very carefully, it will help you enormously. For example, in the beginning of instructions, it says: "What Is the Purpose of Form I-751?", "This petition is used by a conditional resident". It helps me a lot reading instructions word by word before doing anything with the form itself.

I hope that helps!
