Packet delivered on 2/16, the check was cashed today. I was expecting for it to happen next week so it was a nice surprise.

Hello everyone, just to notify that My husband's packet was delivered on 2.16 and our check was cashed last friday 3.19.21. We have not received the NOA yet, but I guess it will arrive soon!!

My application looks like it is moving along at about the same pace with the rest of the applications submitted in February.  At least so far anyway.  When it gets farther along in the process, I'm not sure.  It didn't seem to help speed us through any faster for the change in status process.  

 

We're assigned to the Nebraska center, so, sadly, I think we'll be going very slow.

Hello y'all, do you have an estimate to when after NOA 1 I'll receive extension letter thank you! Planning on going oversees for a wedding but green card would have expired by then.

lol they moved along at the same rate as everyone else so far. I don't think they got any special treatment being from Canada. Took just over 1 month to get the check cashed, that's pretty average

At most, the actual letter comes a week after check is cashed. In some cases, (location, weather, unforeseen stuff etc) it could take longer.

 

Isn’t the NOA 1 letter THE extension letter?

hi guys. Form I-751 on uscis.gov site expires 12/31/2019. Is this form ok to use? Did you guys use the same ?

 

Please confirm did you guys send all the proof together with form? What did you all include in your package please confirm.

So we receive NOA1 (with extended 18 months status) today.

The timeline is: 

Case delivered: Feb 12, 2020 

Check cashed: March 23, 2021

NOA1: March 24, 2021.

 

Our service center is California Service Center in Laguna Niguel 🙏🏼
