P.S. It's been 7 months since I submitted my request for Changing my Address, I sent them 2 letters, but still on my Biometrics letter, it was with the previous old address. Face Palm.

WAC just had my I-751 Biometrics in DTLA. Super nice and supportive location!

 

When I asked if they are gonna reuse them for N400 later, they said no, there will be another bio again for N400 later...Not sure of it's the newest updates or just that ISO's own experience. Just wanna share my experience.

Yep. Bio is pretty much easy to go through. 98% always go through it with no difficulties. This days appointment come quicker than a few years ago. Now you are welcome to the waiting process like most of us are. And sure you will definitely have a new bio for N400.

Pending i751 interview since November 2021, filing n400 next week. My question is if I’m using an attorney for both applications and I might be moving to a different state by mid of next year, is it okie to leave the CA address since my attorney will be getting my biometrics and interview letters?

You always need to notify USCIS about address change, when you move.

You always need to notify USCIS of your address change within 10 days….

Hi, just a quick question, did you receive any confirmation letter or email from USCIS about your change of address? I’m on the same boat, I changed my address last April but I got a confirmation email from them. Right now, my case is still stuck in “Case Waiting For Interview to be Scheduled” since November 2021. Kinda wondering/worried if that would be a problem with the Change of Address, hoping it won’t.

No, you don’t receive any mail confirmation about change of address.
