Finally got an answer.. our application was rejected... rejection notice was sent 3/24 & need to allow 7 days to receive.. I have no idea why It would be rejected. I'm mad because I'm such a meticulous person I triple check every single detail.  🤬

Sorry for you! The most possible problem that I encountered in Visajourney is the payments made via credit card rather than check. Some banks reject the transaction. If you did the payment with credit card, that may be the reason.

Removal of Conditions

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Service Center: WAC

This was my fear, I wish we did a check. If that is the rejection reason, we will definitely re-send with a check & make sure the money stays in our account separate from our bills.

Guys,

i filled 2/13/2021 - Just received a notice of action. they returned the whole package because according to them i filled the application using an outdated form:

form used: OMB 1615-0038

                     expires: 12/31/2019

I'm looking at the site and they are using the same one. i'm lost at this point.

quick question. i sent a money order. will i be able to send the same money order?

bottom left corner is important, if it is same (12/02/19), then uscis mistakenly sent it back, unfortunately they do it sometimes:( I don't know about money order, I always use personal checks for uscis.

I'm not sure about it. I read when your case number starts with ECA it means you will be waived from the interview (I hope so)
