Hi All,

Update:

Check cashed today, and I got the receipt number beginning with WAC.

Received date: 02/10/2021 (USPS delivered it on 02/09 but anyways)

Do you know if WAC filers wait too long or less, or what's the chance for an interview?

Still no news on my case. Package delivered on Feb 11. Should I call them to ask for update?

I was really reluctant to call and wait on the line for hours, but if you want to check where your case is, i think chatting is a better way to do so. In uscis website, go to Emma in the corner, and type live chat. then when it asks to summarize your question, type smt like "didnt receive my notice". If your case is not opened up yet, they will tell you "please wait up to 60 days" bla bla, otherwise, if it is rejected or so, they will also tell you. I think live chat agents have the same level of access with tier 1 agents on the phone. I just find it more comfortable waiting on chat.

I'm waiting until next Friday Mar 26 before doing anything and our case was also received 2/11. That would still put the check cashing in a "normal" time frame going off of the January 2021 filers. I really, really hate contacting USCIS but if you have a few hours to burn, go for it.

I keep looking at the Google sheet and hoping somehow that by doing that, my phone will magically ding with an update on my case.  I'm living vicariously through others who are getting their notifications.  LOL

I received the remind to submit I751 to my old address, even if I've update it online, I guess that was the only address on file for them. Now of course I file the ROC with my new address. Do you guys think I will have problem with the extension letter? Do u guys think they will send it to the old address again? I really need the letter as I have to travel in a couple of months. I am terrified 😟

Same thing happened to myself. They sent this reminder letter to my old address since they are really bad at updating addresses, but I am not worried. I don't think they will sent notification to old address because you filed I-751 with new address. It seems to me all Uscis cares about the addresses in the application, and they don;t care address updates other than that. It should be fine, don't worry.

I hope so! Especially because we filed with the NEW ADDRESS...we didn't change address while Roc was processing. I hope next week we can have our letter next week!
