Hello to all and happy Holidays, I start filling I-864 for my wife and stepdaughter,  I found a few fill able forms online ,  my 2  questions are

1- is the sponsor signing I was told have to be done manually, by means of printing the form, then signing with black ink, scanned it and then converted to PDF and then upload it or can be signed electronically using the mouse ?

2-all forms upladed have to be only in pdf or can be a pic format file as JPE or other?

Thank you.

1. I printed out mine and then signed, as well as filled in some unfillable fields (spouse's phone number, for instance, isn't in US format). Since you're uploading electronically I think theoretically you can get away with a digital signature, but iirc the rules state that you need a "real" signature and I didn't want to risk denial based on that.

2. PDF is best, if you're going through CEAC it's all they will accept.

Patience......patience.
