You should ask @Greenbaum about the P3 Letter for Bogota.

You have to call them to get the case number. Pre covid it took ~4-5 weeks from NOA2 date.

Hey everyone!

NOA 2 was approved on January 15th. I called nvc on day 17 and day 19 which is today about our case number but they still haven’t received anything yet. Hopefully we will hear something soon.

So, I've received an email saying that my petition was approved and that I should be receiving my NOA2 letter in the mail soon. So after that what are the following steps need to take leading to the interview phase? Any tip and hacks on how to do it quickly also?

Hello my NOA1 is on April 24, 2020.

The processing time for California service center is June 10, 2020.

I submitted an outside normal processing time inquiry last week.

They sent me this email:

"

The status of this service request is:

 

On 01/23/2021, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

 

Our records do not indicate that you are authorized for access to information related to this case.

 

Title 8 Code of Federal Regulations 103.2(a)(3) and the Privacy Act of 1974 prohibit release of information to persons other than the petitioner, applicant or legal representative identified on Form G-28.

 

What You Can Do

Please contact the petitioner or attorney of record for information regarding the  petition.

"

Does anyone received this kind of reply? And what did you do if you have received it?

Hello Everyone,

 

      It has been 23 days since our NOA2 and after calling the NVC today for a third time they gave us our case number! The representative on the phone did give some disturbing news. He said that Embassies all over the world have put a hold on K1 Visas and they have not been sending any out since last March. I know some people are continuing on to the Embassy phase of the process, but I don't believe they are all expedited cases. The rep acted as if our case would just sit in limbo until the "Ban" was lifted. This seemed like strange information and I plan to call our Embassy as soon as they open in Kuwait. Does anyone have some thoughts about this?
