OMG congratulations!  You beat me!  I'm still waiting to hear on my second RFE~!!

how did you get the approval?  Do they only update their systems overnight?  I thought I signed up for email but I never get any text or email.  I always have to log in and check.

I just kept checking the website.  I checked early in the day around 11 AM Eastern and it was not approved but when I checked around 6:30 PM Eastern it was approved so I think they update their system later in the day.

I think all the people waiting in January group especially those without NOA2 need to use every single option. Senator, ombudsman.. keeping people's lives on hold is absolutely Ludacris.

  • Sep 8, 2021 = NOA 2 for I-129F (K1 Visa application)
  • Nov 16, 2021 =  K1 visa issued in Islamabad, Pakistan
  • Jan 20, 2022 = POE Dallas, Texas
  • Feb 14, 2022 = AOS (I-451, I-131, I765) Filed
  • Feb 20, 2022 = Receipt notice for all three received
  • March 21, 2022 = Biometrics in Dallas, Texas
  • August 9, 2022 = EAD (I-751 approved)
  • August 13, 2022 = EAD and SSN received (SSN applied with EAD)
  • September 6, 2022 = AP (I-131 approved)
  • September 13, 2022 = AP (I-131 receieved)
  • March 15, 2023 = I-485 approved (interview waived, New SSN received without DHS wording)

Hoping you and I hear something positive soon!  Are we the only ones from January still waiting?  Any other January filers out there still waiting?

It is very hard especially at this festive time of the year.  I was really hoping to have my fiancé here for the holidays.  Finding it hard not to check the status every 5 minutes!  lol

Try to keep positive.  I'm praying for approvals for both of us very soon!!!

Hang in there.

Hang in there.

I was using the USCIS case tracker app and recorded 10-15 cases in my "neighborhood" to see if there was any movement of cases around me.  I checked and the cases that were still pending around me are still pending as of today.

I have to believe that contacting my representative had something to do with moving my case forward.  Have you already done so?

Response to my second inquiry to uscis:

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* soon.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

The good news is when that usually comes, you can expect some decision within the next few days or weeks.  I know that doesn't seem hopeful but I am going off of others having that same message in the past.  Maybe check your case # on the site twice a week to see if it updates. (just so you dont go crazy checking every night)

Hey at least you got a change in status.  I'm still stuck with nothing.  Senator's office said they have 30 days to respond so I wonder if USCIS is going to make me wait the 30 days.  I hope they aren't pissed and just letting the case sit until then.  It's hard not to be depressed.

I also check my case all day long.  still wonder if the updates are live or batch processed overnight.

Any process in your case?

:( nop. it's almost 11 months for us few, can you imagine lol... Like they said, I should contact ombudsman, a bit nervous doing that, I don't know why. Might wait a bit more then we will since the last status said 45 days from Nov 29th. We are hanging tight lol Im trying not to go crazy, like spamming the "check status", I can't help it! Watching paint dry? I'm watching the ocean evaporate x.x
