Tried to submit another inquiry after exactly 30 days of the first inquiry, got a message saying:

We have located a previously submitted inquiry.

:(

I had a similar experience.  It looks like we have to wait longer.  I'm just amazed there are March filers getting approvals and they are processing 25-30 February cases per day and there are January filers awaiting a response.

Exactly, January is not moving at all

and where can I see which registers in March are approved?  I'm in March, but there is no news 😒

February cases are also slow, especially those after 23th. I’m at 241 days and probably gonna send inquiry today or over the weekend. I feel bad and I can only image how are you guys feeling!!! This is my first post, even I have been at the forum for a while (reading, learning the process and gaining informations). Just to tell you and myself to try to stay positive and don’t give up. Call them, send email. Definitely @Keith is a good example for all of us.

It is really hard to say or what to say about those guys “working” at USCIS. Unbelievable.

I'm not sure if there are exactly any March approvals, I've been watching those carefully and someone mentioned here those posters didn't account for the backdating I believe (?). I'm a March filer and was worried ours weren't getting backdated as well based on the large, bolded date on myUSCIS, but by going by the WAC number, it appears as if March was backdated as well.

Hang in there, there's a massive slowdown it seems. February filers are feeling it right now, and I'm *very* concerned the inquiry date will be pushed back further... very sad, but stay strong my friend!

Hi all - Well, my time to respond to our RFE was quickly running out and we did not receive a required document from the court in India so we are mailing without.  USCIS wanted disposition of a minor case back 17 or 18 years ago.  they also wanted my divorce certificate (they didn't like what I mailed the first time) and proof of our meeting.  Since we couldn't get a court document we did get a police clearance certificate showing he has no case or anything.  And we wrote a letter describing his efforts to get the document from the courts (hiring two attorneys, etc.).  I also mailed in about 50 pages or so of documentation of our meeting, my divorce papers (two forms - I also got a vital statistics record to go along with the signed paper).  Am hoping that all of this will be enough to get our approval.  Wasn't sure what else could be done as the clock was ticking down.  I sent it overnight so they will have tomorrow.  Praying for a positive result.  This process has been so stressful.  I have been losing sleep lately worrying.  That is when I decided to just send it in now rather than wait another week or so and push it to the absolute deadline.  I feel more at peace now that it is in the mail.  Sometimes we have to take that leap of faith and hope for the best.  Sending positive vibes to all of you waiting as well.

Dont worry they will approve believe me

I called in today and spoke with an agent mentioning that I submitted my inquiry over 30 days ago and received a response that they were "working hard" to adjudicate my case and yet my case is now 1.5 months beyond normal processing time.  The agent told me to hold off on submitting another inquiry as they only allow you to submit 2 inquiries and if there's an emergency and I need to expedite, I may not be able to.

I'm not sure I believe the 2 inquiry limit but whoever is still reviewing the cases from January is taking their sweet ol' time.

How long are we supposed to wait then? 8% are still left from Jan and the speed I am seeing based on chart is about 1-2% per week so I am assuming we need another 4-5 months to reach all Jan filers!
