Can you make February files like this too? Thank you

There is a February thread which has a similar spreadsheet, I think it's done by wac number ranges because in order to get the dates right someone needed to manually input the dates in Feb and Mar for accuracy.

Never mind just saw Gail and Derricks msg here 😃

  • Jan 26, 2021 = NOA 1 for I-129F (K1 Visa application)
  • Sep 8, 2021 = NOA 2 for I-129F (K1 Visa application)
  • Nov 16, 2021 =  K1 visa issued in Islamabad, Pakistan
  • Jan 20, 2022 = POE Dallas, Texas
  • Feb 14, 2022 = AOS (I-451, I-131, I765) Filed
  • Feb 20, 2022 = Receipt notice for all three received
  • March 21, 2022 = Biometrics in Dallas, Texas
  • August 9, 2022 = EAD (I-751 approved)
  • August 13, 2022 = EAD and SSN received (SSN applied with EAD)
  • September 6, 2022 = AP (I-131 approved)
  • September 13, 2022 = AP (I-131 receieved)
  • March 15, 2023 = I-485 approved (interview waived, New SSN received without DHS wording)

this is not normal have you contacted uscis

Sent an inquiry end of sept and got response back Oct 5 saying:

Our records show that your Form I-129F is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay.

Our application is also 265 days old and I received something similar:

Thank you for your inquiry. We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending application/petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload. We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I cannot submit another inquiry for 30 days.  I emailed my local congressman and I'm not sure if that will help.

Where do we find local congressman emails?

We can submit another inquiry from the date of first inquiry we submitted or from the date of response to an inquiry?

Take a look here and enter your zip code: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative

I submitted it to my state senator but others have submitted to their representative in the House of Representatives which the above link will guide you to.  On their website they will guide you on how to get assistance from them for federal agencies.

For your second question, I believe it's from the date of your first inquiry submission but I may be wrong.  I will try to call tomorrow morning and let you know what luck I have.

I would honestly call them.  I was calling and e-inquiring and then after 5 days of the reply from the inquiry saying:
Your case is currently being adjudicated. We will mail you a notice of action* when we make a decision.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

And then my case updated to approved.  Yeah, I would call though after that inquiry.  And you should be good to put in the inquiry again at least in the next week.

Yeah the number is 800-375-5283.  When the automated system asks what you need, just say "deadline for RFE." She will go through a 30 second speal (feels like 2-3 minutes) about an RFE and what it is and then asks if you want her to send the link to create an account, you reply with "deadline for RFE."  You will know if it works because she will give the information on who can be on the phone when they talk with a rep and then give the wait time and ask for your approval to connect.  Then once you get a real person on the line, tell them exactly what is going on.  Unfortunately as I had to do because I could only call after 5pm CT, you will be sitting on hold for probably 1-2 hours.  I just put my phone on speaker, talked to it a couple times to ensure I would not be disconnected and just went about my evening.  Don't leave the phone though because "a watch pot never boils" will happen and they will answer.  If it disconnects you, dont be discouraged.  Instead, plan that you will call the next evening.  I will say also that the lines open at 7am and close at 7pm CT.  When I was in Ukraine, I would call at 7:15am and it was usually at most a 10 minute wait time.
If you call sooner than next week, you can probably get them to put in the inquiry for you for being outside of processing time.  When i put it in myself, I explained how it shouldnt take long for the RFE I had because it was literally 3 pieces of paper.  And then I had to hound them with calls after 1 week of the inquiry being in there until I finally received a valid answer.

By the way, for anyone who calls.  This is a good rule of thumb to follow, even if you dont have an RFE and are literally waiting for some form of communication since the NOA-1.  I was able to use this each time I called.  I told my fiancee when I was in Ukraine that "I am going to be a robot for a couple minutes so just ignore me."  She was very understanding and muted everything while i was on the phone as she wanted to hear my answers also.  It was exhausting each time but yeah just dont get discouraged.  I was the first couple times as in balled fists but after the 3rd or 4th call I made in September, it was much better.  Just think of it as a game and the uscis is the game master watching you go through all these puzzles.

Thanks so much. Honestly at this point I just want to an answer either RFE or approval :)

Hang in there.  Even if you get an RFE, at least you will get something to go by.
