Only 18 new cases touched, rest were mostly responses to RFE or from response to RFE to approvals, per USCIS website

they are processing Feb 23rd cases, so these remainder January cases will not be on anyones mind, so I would go to your state reps, ombudsman

whatever way you think might work for you.

best of luck

This is so frustrating to see, especially since the USCIS site now has any date before Feb 22 to be considered outside of normal processing time.  I submitted an inquiry a few weeks ago and all I got was "We are working hard" with no reason or timeline given for adjudication.   Dominos pizza trackers have better tracking mechanisms than USCIS.

For the person who asked above, it seems you can only submit inquiries once per 30 days.  I tried to submit another inquiry today and was told I have to wait 30 days from the last time I sent an inquiry.

Trying to get any material information out of USCIS is like talking to a wall, There is no rhyme or reason to the way they process cases.

I have scoured reddit a lot on this and it is very much dependant on which officer has your file and if he feels like working on it.

But all in all there is 0 clarity on how this process actually works, the one thing I know about their published dates is that they need to have 50% cases till that day processed which they have already. So I will not be surprised if in the next month or so the date is shortened from 8 months to 6 months with random cases still waiting on decision.

I wish you and everyone here all the best be patient, it is just one part of the journey.

If you go to the February thread you'll find the spreadsheets. Also, please understand it takes hours of work to create and update these. There's usually one or two people in each month who volunteer their time to help others who are also waiting.
