Hi Hi. I have a question. We sent our package of documents on January 7, but until today there is no information: not that the documents were delivered to the lockbox, not that our check was cashed...nothing....so i am confused. what can help to find out what is going on with the case?

Thank youuu.

Hey! USCIS is very behind on the I-129F and last I read people from end of November/beginning of December are getting their NOA1 right now. Ours was received on January 4th but we haven't gotten anything from USCIS yet either. I'd say follow this thread and the one from December and try to be patient (I know I'm not).

Hi all,

I submitted my I-129f packet last week. It took 5 days to be delivered by USPS to the Dallas lockbox. Now I’m currently waiting for my NOA-1 to come through. Praying this process goes by fast. I’ve seen some waiting a year plus which makes me very nervous. We all need some encouragement. Did anyone else recently file there I-129F and what step are you on?

My fiance submitted our i129-F in January too. He sent it via UPS on January 26th, got delivered in the Dallas Lockbox on January 28th. We included a G-1145 form just in case. We're still waiting for updates.

Just wanted to keep you guys updated. I found a technique that was being used in the December 2020 forum and have been searching for active case numbers since yesterday. Most of the latest case received notifications are in December 7, 2020 already. 🙏

So, we called to find out what is going on with our case, they said that all documents are temporarily not considered in Texas due to weather conditions. I hope they will resume work soon🙏

Interesting! Do they mean their employees at the Texas centre cannot work right now hence a temporary suspension?

I’m not sure if that’s true because we are seeing WAC’s assigned. As of today they are up to December 7.

That might have been true last week. We had record low temperatures, snow, and intermittent power outages. But as of last Sunday we are back to normal. Snow is long gone.

I could definitely see the weather conditions putting a damper on it, but might something like "we are not closing the campus but you can call in if you cannot make it" type setup.  Since they are still processing, it was not much of a delay and I can see us receiving our NOA1s sometime next month!  Hang in there!

We called 4 days ago, so they say: everything was closed, that is why the process can be longer. No more info for us. I think they've started work already. I just decided to share the information we've gotten. Nobody knows the truth of this "secret world".😆🤣

Hey Everyone,

My I-129F was received at Lewisville on Jan 12, I am wondering if the increased activity in processing the forms means we may get a NOA1 by the end of the month?

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"
