Approved today!!!!!! NOA-1 January 11.    Thank you to all the VJ members that kept me going for the past 7 months! Now onto the embassy phase.

Hi Guys Midweek update pretty slow last couple of days, Next update coming over the weekend.   Also, I have attached two items here one is based on dates one is basically 500 blocks of

100 cases processed since 09/01 - 83 approved, 17 RFE. I’m so happy the number doubled - maybe they doubled the processed cases as a lot could be in vacation by tomorrow because of the long weekend.

you don't need original of tax return, photocopy is fine. (e.g. "The appropriate Form I-864 Affidavit of Support for each financial sponsor along with a photocopy of the sponsor’s IRS transcript or most recent U.S. federal income tax return, and any relevant W-2s " ) state.gov

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"

  • 01/28/2021: I129F Packet Sent - 07/20/2022: Visa On Hand

  • 08/12/2022: POE - Dulles

  • 09/20/2022: Marriage

 

AOS (Pending)  EAD & AP (88 Days):

  • 09/30/2022: AOS, EAD, AP Packet Sent
  • 01/09/2023: Combo Card on Hand (Expedited)

Checked the USCIS app and saw we were approved today. NOA 1 was on 22 January.

Hi! Just received our NoA2 approval a few days ago, Sept 1. Our NoA 1 was Jan 15th. It catches you off guard in the most mindless time you press that refresh button. We've updated our timeline so hopefully Visa Journey gives others more precise estimates. It has been a looooong ride to get this far! Good luck to those still waiting

Big Congratulations to all the couples who got their NOA2 this week, and for those who are still waiting "Stay Strong" 

 

This forum has personally helped me learn a lot of things and I am very thankful to the members who take time out to answer the members here in the most logical ways. 

 

following are the numbers from this past week (January 2021 filers only)

 

 

Processed cases 245

Approved cases 160

Rejected cases 1

RFEs 79

Other actions 5

Pending cases 1002

Total Processed (any action taken) 1259

 

The date on USCIS website might change drastically in a few days to end of Jan somewhere (currently it shows January 6th)

 

Ps: They did process some cases today (Saturday 9/4/21)

Ps 2: Next update Wednesday next week

It's an extremely tedious process, I think someone is already doing it for Feb filers. If I get some time this weekend I'll see if I can figure out a way to create a sample excel for you guys to work on.

congrats ! my timeline updated like 10 days ! its not october 26th and i filed march 10th
