They reject if they didn’t fill out the form correctly or for example didn’t meet their fiancé in person etc right?

I am assuming most of the rejections will show at the beginning of filling? since it has been 6 months since NOA 1 for us? Is it safe to say we will either get RFE or approved?

You can still be denied at this part of the process, but it wont be because if lack of payment, form not fully filled out.  Basically the quick stuff they can find while scanning in the documents and rearranging them.

Thank any idea like what kind of reason they deny you beside 2 year meeting requirement, not filing out the form right?

2 year requirement could be it, but you dont fill out the form without the meeting once within 2 years of filing (which means for us January filers we would need to meet the beneficiary between January 2019 and January 2021) unless you are submitting the waiver of the 2 year meeting.  Also, other things that could impact is not having the correct divorce papers, etc.

Unless there is huge grounds for it, they normally give you a chance with an RFE (request for evidence) first if there is something.  Unless you see the request and it asks for the impossible (which normally it doesnt) you can fulfill it, send it back and you are just extended with approval.  I wouldn't even think about the what ifs until you receive a notice other than an approval.  That is the mode i am taking.  Just to be strong for both of us while we have other things to prepare and focus on.  And if you get an RFE, then look at it, fulfill it, ask us here or look in the RFE section of the K1 area and then get it all setup.  Best wishes on your journey.

Anyone saw January 2021 filers approval ?

See below reply from a few posts above, but to answer your question, there have been a mix of a few approvals and RFEs.  We are guessing that this week will start more processing of January:

YES!  That's awesome, even if it is slow moving.  I'll run my setup Tuesday night and see.  I was having issues with calculations in the excel sheet but I did run yesterday and did not see much of a change from last week Wednesday.

I ran my numbers today but the excel sheet is still under construction.  38000-40000 had major movement with RFEs and approvals.  It looks pretty awesome to see this movement.  I am going to run again on Friday pending anything going on personally and by then the excel sheet should be up and running also.
