Stay strong Everyone!!  I am taking the NOA-2 predicitions with a grain of salt.  Mine keeps increasing, but I am not losing hope that it could possibly be earlier.  For me, the most important part of this process is making sure she (my fiancee) and I are both in a positive mindset by working on other things or even planning stuff we can do now to benefit the future.  I am going to plan another trip in the next couple months just to give some quality time together. (and I know I am lucky I can do this as some couples are not able to do this)

I totally agree. I haven’t been as diligent as checking here or the app as I know the time between NOA1 and NOA2 is the real waiting game. I haven’t seen my fiancé - it’ll be two years in July. But we’re just being patient as much as we can and just trying to make things better by talking about out plans once we get approved and I arrive in the US.

Here’s some interesting snapshots from another app I use which is called Lawfully. It tells me that my application would most likely be processed after June 27 which is reasonable I think as that is around the sixth month mark from when we submitted

Four cases have been approved though from between January 14-February 11. The app is free but the feature for the Case Analysis Pro is paid and you have to buy gems for two days. I plan to do this at least once a month so I can check and have a better idea.

Stellar!  I had a couple other apps but no predictions with them.  Yeah i am showing after mid June (which is like you said around the 6 month mark.)  And when that time comes, ill see what USCIS is saying and also refresh my case as I have email notifications on updates through USCIS site.

We should receive NOA2 in august if you change it to January.

Hi we sent off our I-129f in December 31 and received a text on 4 March 2021 that our case was received. We searched our case number and it said it was received on January 11. We got the text and the check cleared however we never received an email or mail in the post with the noa1? Is this normal?

You should have recieved a hard copy of the NOA-1. However, as long as you have the case number you should be fine. I would worry if i never recieved the nOA-2 hard copy because i think you need it for future processing.

I would also create an account on uscis and add your case to that.  I think inside of that you can request documents to be resent, but i am not exactly sure at this moment.  But you can at least keep track of your case and see if the NOA-2 has the same thing happen to it.  THen if it does, request that document to be resent to you.  But with the NOA-1, optional.

Top of the page right below the options heading there is the follow.  You can click that and pick the frequency of notifications.  I just kept mine at default.  (By the way, i literally clicked on it after i saw this comment from you.  I always saw the follow button but disregarded it.)

thanks @Keithn85Also I was checking case tracker app and saw that they are still processing November filers. I saw a couple May approvals and May RFE's. Its crazy. I just hope that they continue to do October/ November at the same time and then work December/ January

So based on the previous with using Lawfully, I did not realize how there were only 56 I-129F cases in January.  I ended up going with the pro version for the next few months just to get the same type of layout in the app that sept/oct has in their spreadsheet.  There are 2 approvals so far!  I guess when the December/February ones were getting cases created, January kind of slid in with them.  I am hopeful to see movement when december starts picking up.  And i know she will be happy to hear when that happens also.  We are all doing great though hanging in there and not losing hope.

Maybe there are. I wouldn’t quote me on that. I just SWEAR I read that somewhere on visa journey itself. Unless it was another month they were talking about, maybe they were talking about January…

Ohh yeah. maybe on here there are only 68 cases but not everyone creates a VJ account. In total there are over 2000 cases. If you look at the september stats that @JobbinsKnobbins post you will see that September had almost 3,000 cases. I think October had a similar amount as well.
