Great!! So Jan 22 would be your sent date and NOA-1 would be January. You are a January filer not March. Just because of the lockbox delay we are receiving the notices late. You can also look at other timelines in the discussion to get a feel. I waited 8 weeks for the NOA-1 but it was backdated to receive date.

USCIS works on the order they receive the cases. I scanned and saw lots of  the Nov 12, 2020 received cases are approved. II scanned cases  starting from WAC2190030000.

Eg:  Receipt #  WAC2190030004, WAC2190030003, WAC2190029999 .....

Submitted on February 08, 2021 Receipt # WAC2190029993

March 29, 2021 Case Was Approved

November 12, 2020 We received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e).

This is so great! I just checked the case tracker app and there are a few approved November cases.

Maybe they were expedited? I haven't heard anyone from October say they were approved, so it's kinda weird to have November ones approved.

I do not think you can really expedite I-295F case. A couple of months ago  I consulted with a lawyer on the subject and he advised me that 99.9% of requests are being denied. Also, what are the chances of having 5,6 expedited November 12th petitions...I honestly think that USCIS are all over the place with approvals. Also not every petitioner has a visa journey account so we can not really know if there are October approvals or not. Just trying to stay positive! That is all:))

It can be expedited if the petitioner is military and is getting deployed or if there is a medical reason. But yeah, given that they're on the same day, it would be a craaazy coincidence if they're all expedited haha. Either way, good for them! I guess it's good to be very lucky as well.

Right! Those are the only 2 reasons pretty much and yes, I agree it would be a CRAZY coincidence. I just ran the case tracker with 500 cases from WAC2190029993 and see 6 approvals for November 12th, 1 for November 17th and 2 RFE's for November 12th so someone was working on November cases.  Let's hope they decide to grab the January files next! :))
