We should receive NOA2 in august if you change it to January.

Approved today!!!!!! NOA-1 January 11.    Thank you to all the VJ members that kept me going for the past 7 months! Now onto the embassy phase.

Hi Guys Midweek update pretty slow last couple of days, Next update coming over the weekend.   Also, I have attached two items here one is based on dates one is basically 500 blocks of

100 cases processed since 09/01 - 83 approved, 17 RFE. I’m so happy the number doubled - maybe they doubled the processed cases as a lot could be in vacation by tomorrow because of the long weekend.

You can go to USCIS processing time and do the math. They are processing august filers and some at the end of august on this forum have reported receiving the NOA2. That means we should have 4 - 5 more months before they reach January.

Checked most of the July , August NOA1 are getting  NOA2 approved. Thanks!

I did not look back but you had a signed confirmation from the courier? (USPS, FEDEX, UPS)  If so, then just hang in there.  It will still be backdated but you might not see it until sometime this week or next week.  Sorry, rushed to answer in between calls at work.

I didnt have signed confirmation. Based on Usps tracking number I only know it was:

Delivered

January 27, 2021 at 

Delivered

DALLAS, TX 75266 

 

that’s all I know so far :(

My package was delivered on Jan 22nd and I received text notification on March 14th. You  should get it by this weekend or next.

Oh yeah you are good.  Forgot that USPS does not automatically do signatures.  As long as it says delivered, do not lose hope!

NOA-1 is showing on my list of mail to be delivered today!  (I signed up for picture scan of mail with each previous move I did and this one is still valid for me through USPS)  It will be nice to have it in hand.  And again for others, just do not lose hope if you have not received anything (text or full mail).  It will arrive sooner than later!

Woke up to some good news today. 😭 My fiancé sent me a screenshot of a pending transaction in his card and it was from USCIS with the filing fee. Our packet arrived in the lockbox on 01/28.

 

We’re just going to wait for the text notification and the NOA1 in the mail. 🙏🏻

K1 Process (536 Days)

  • 01/28/2021: I129F Packet Sent - 07/20/2022: Visa On Hand

  • 08/12/2022: POE - Dulles

  • 09/20/2022: Marriage

 

AOS (Pending)  EAD & AP (88 Days):

  • 09/30/2022: AOS, EAD, AP Packet Sent
  • 01/09/2023: Combo Card on Hand (Expedited)

I did the same and so in the middle of me walking my dog today, my fiance calls me and practically screams that his cheque was cashed 😛  they really will tell us! They're as excited too hahah

I think we have the exact same timeline!! Package arrival on the 28th and cheque cashed today :)
