Did anyone request an email notification on their G-1145 form? I wonder if people receive email notifications as promptly as the text ones. I did an email notification only( of course regret it now, but too late :)) ).

I did not receive an email notification, but I figured it was worth a shot.

No , I am still waiting.....

So my text was technically 2 days after the case number showed up on uscis list.  So I am thinking you will receive your text by the beginning of next week.  This is speculating because I am scanning cases from Wednesday and that is when they are running majority of 20 January petitions.

Yes, unless something happens, I think you will see the text by Monday unless there are many received on the 20th.

When are we suppose to receive a text for 1/27 (delivered cases)? Is there other websites y’all checking? Just making sure I am not missing out something :D

Download the “case tracker” app. You can query up to 500 cases and then filter out.
You can use  WAC2190048072 to start off with.

From what I see there is not much movement with I-129F cases as compared to last week but I’m sure it will pick back up. And they are still working on January only up to the 22nd so don’t worry!

Thanks trying to understand the cases shown there. I see they are reviewing March filers too. Am I missing something?

Most March or anything current are rejections. There are a few which some of us in the January discussion board tend to think cases that were received at a current date were expedited cases or processed accidentally. For example, in February I saw about 3 February cases that were processed and received when they were still working on processing December filers.

Since the lockbox is delayed the process is as follows:

1. lockbox opens up all incoming mail everyday. They check to make sure the filing fee, signature and form version are correct.
2. Once that is completed they then put it aside until they are ready to process and assign a WAC or case number.
3. If one of these 3 things are incorrect they immediately reject your case and send it back so you can correct. No one wants to wait 6 weeks or more just to receive a RFE from the lockbox and they know that. Hence that is why you see current dates with rejections. Anything else current that is not a rejection maybe a expedited cases but it is rare. I’ve only seen about 10-15 cases that were processed out of order.

I see your point thanks. I am assuming almost everyone send the package via usps (USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266) not the express mail? I send via usps.

USPS goes to the Dallas address you listed everything else FEDEx, UPS, DHL goes to Lewisville. I wouldn’t say everyone sends vis USPS. Many people on here send by express mail. I kind of wish I did because it took 5 days for USPS to send it

This week I see less than 5 I-129F files being processed.

Received NOA1 in mail today. Initial application was received at Texas lockbox Jan. 8th. Check was cashed on the 4th. Relieved to know I at least got the initial stage correct.

Does USCIS always have RFEs with every K1 visa case?

It all really depends on how packed the case is with useful information according to USCIS.  I am possibly expecting one with mine, but there is a chance it might not happen and it will just process to the NOA2.  You can check the RFE link as I think people still update the spreadsheet.
