NOA1 arrived in the mail today, so only 7 days after our check was cashed. That's pretty fast in my opinion judging by other people's experiences, so hopefully everything is speeding up.

Hello everyone, I joined visa journey a few days ago and since I have  read all of your comments. I wish you all good luck and speedy process!!!

 

We filed our I-295F on 01/13/2021. It was received and signed for on 01/15/2021. As of today we have not received an email.(I failed to leave my number for a text update). My check has not been cashed yet. Hopefully we hear something by the end of the week.

Its so good to have another January filer in the discussion. Some of us early January filers 1st -15th received the NOA-1 from lockbox last week. Mine was dated 1/11 and I only received the text with my case number. I’m still waiting for the letter in the mail. According to the case tracker app, they have slowed down from this weekend in processing K1 applications. It appears they are focusing on other categories such as employment authorization and fingerprint fees. So far I have only seen 3 K1 applications for today. But don’t get discouraged! I’m sure the next round yours will be processed. Plus they have stated this backlog will not affect processing time.!

I downloaded the case tracker, but don't have a clue how to use it so I will just follow your updates here. 🙂 They are super helpful! I deff feel more hopeful now. I was so discouraged! Waiting for NOA1 for almost 2 months just did not seem Ok!

You can start with this number WAC2190046105

put it in the search and you can search up to 500 cases and then filter it out.

I just created an account, although I have been reading the posts for the January K-1 Fillers for a couple weeks. My fiancé and I sent our application on 01/16 and the USCIS received it on 01/19. We received a text yesterday (03/09) that our NOA1 is on its way!!!
