I know there are probably a million (exaggerated) requests but for the 15th people (myself included) check your money orders/checks because i saw a few WACs go through.  I will have to rely on text/email for mine but the light is there!

I changed the dates to when I know the Visa package was delivered to the lockbox (January 6th, 2021) and when we received our NOA1 via text (March 4th, 2021) and there's still the 8 week max error. I tried adjusting it to March 3rd just to see if there would be difference and there was, and my timeline update was successful, but I know it isn't accurate and will mess up my timeline a bit. Just a day off. :( I don't know if I should just say my NOA1 was received on the 3rd or not, or if it will even make that big of a difference.

Your NOA-1 should be backdated to January 6th. Just wait for the notice to come in the mail. It will have your reciept date. That is the date you put on the timeline. Not when you received the text.

Immigration has said that the delay will not affect processing time and that’s why they are backdating the reciept date. Your timeline should be the day you sent the package and then NOA-1 should be the reciept date they give you on the letter not the day they processed it! They are doing this for everyone until they catch up to current dates.

I saw the March 1 earlier . . . someone got lucky! :)

Someone must have picked up the pile that got knocked over. I know some Dec folks on here are still waiting so hoping this gets them.

Anything with a current date is a rejection. I explained this already but the lockbox is opening up all incoming packages. They will check to make sure you have the correct fee form and signature. If all is well they will put it to the side until it’s time to scan. If not they will send rejection. That’s why If you have the case tracking app there are current March dates with rejections. Imagine waiting 2 months only to receive an RFE for those 3 things.

This wasn't a rejection, it was "case received" which is why it stood out. Also, I have explained the above to others too ;)

I was super excited to see you got your NOA1 because I think yours were the first posts I read when I joined! I mean, excited for everyone but it felt like a little victory to see you get yours!

Oh I’m so sorry!!! Yes I reviewed it and I saw a 1 February and 1 March. Do you think these originally were RFE’s? Or maybe you were right. Someone might of processed them in error! BTW I received my text and I’m updating my timeline!

Congratulations. You received actual letter in your mailbox?
If so, did you receive any text or email notification before receiving your NOA1 ?

I just received my NOA1 text. My case was received January 11.

Yay congrats!

Thank you! Our check hasn’t been cashed yet though. There are no issues with the check and sufficient funds in the account. I think it’s probably the weekend so it will go through tomorrow?
