My Credit Card was just charged!!!!! I-129F delivered to Lockbox on Jan 12.

No text or email yet, I'm assuming there's bit of a delay between charge and the text, right?

So thrilled we’re all progressing. We gotta stick through this. I’d love to update my timeline but it’s not allowing me to because the period between when we filed and when we received our NOA1 is longer than 8 weeks I believe? It isn’t letting me update but it’s fine. If anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know. ❤️

The NOA-1 should be backdated to January. For example I sent mine Jan 4 and they didn’t receive it until the 11th. My NOA-1 should be Jan 11.
Also I haven’t received the notice or text yet. My money order was cashed but I’m assuming the date should be the 11th

Exactly.  It should backdate.  The VJ timelines are set for the backdate because long delays like this were not expected.  The NOA2 is different when updating the timeline for it.  When i get my info, I am going to update mine to the backdate that it says on the NOA1 paperwork rather than the day i get the text/email.

I changed the dates to when I know the Visa package was delivered to the lockbox (January 6th, 2021) and when we received our NOA1 via text (March 4th, 2021) and there's still the 8 week max error. I tried adjusting it to March 3rd just to see if there would be difference and there was, and my timeline update was successful, but I know it isn't accurate and will mess up my timeline a bit. Just a day off. :( I don't know if I should just say my NOA1 was received on the 3rd or not, or if it will even make that big of a difference.
