Hi everyone,

Happy Holidays! I received an email from NVC saying that the consular officer will decide our case based on the sponsor not being able to sponsor the applicant. I am the petitioner. Shortly after we received another email to submit my husband's pay stubs. This was done back in October. Still no word on our case. The file still says uploaded.  Are we case complete? I have not received the case complete email. As we come closer to the ban being lifted (fingers cross)I'm now wondering if we are going to be in queue for interview. Anyone else in this situation and what are you thinking?

Did you click "submit"? If I remember correctly, the document should say "submitted" if indeed you have submitted it after uploading.
