15 month waiting for i130 approval

Same here. My PD is Oct 7, 2019, Permanent resident for a spouse. 

I don't even know where my case is. In email they say Vermont, on the phone Texas. It was in Texas since we submit the case. I will also try to contact Ombudsman  and hope for a response.

 

Please let us know if you get any response.

That is a lock box.....not a service center.  It is totally irrelevant to where a case is processed.

I can understand how you feel. I was told my case was two different places before actually figuring out where it is. We filed back in September, 2019 and still no word from USCIS. Hope it all works out for you soon.

I finally received approval for both of my stepchildren petitions that I filed in March 2019. I had to reach out to my senator office for them to contact USCIS. I bugged them numerous times and the caseworker working on my case was very helpful. We're headed to the next step, NVC..
