help me please

I had CR1 visa interview on November 4,2020. I was issued 221(g). I just had to update my wife address and cell phone number on DS-260. So CO told me to do so. Status on CEAC was showing 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙. On CEAC case updated on 16 November and status was still 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙. On 28 December there was another update and status changed to 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮. On 29 December it's showing 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙  again. 
 
Refused   > ready  > refused 

Any opinion on my case ?? What should I do . Is this not normal ? Anyone else has same situation. Your answer is highly appreciated.

Where is the beneficiary’s passport today? With the embassy or with the beneficiary?

 

If it is with the embassy then you should assume everything is fine.

This is not unusual for Pakistani cases.   Extreme patience is required.

Status can change several times.

There is no exact sequence.  You just have to wait until you see "issued".....which can come at any time after the interview.

What happened at the interview?

 

And is it your first marriage? Travel history? Age gap?

It is second marriage and yes we have significant age gap. No travel history

Then your case are completely normal, expect weeks if not months, until the AP is finished. Don’t spend all day checking ceac status.
