I don't know anymore what to do. I have filed my I485 in January 2006

I went through a lot we had to reschedule interview in July 2006 because of my wedding in Switzerland.

Since then I have not heard from them and every time I call customer Service they tell me they will do something.

I have been calling them every 60 days to get something done.

I have extended my I765 and received that i am now filing for the second I131 and that is in process but I have not received anything about the I130 nor the I485.

Is it even worth it to keep calling them.

1 1/2 years is a awful long time especially since I see everybody getting there GC after 3month or so.

Any advice?

Same question as Dr_LHA - have you made an infopass appointment with your office? Calling Customer [Dis]Service is a waste of time, they don't have the information.

Cancelling an interview appointment is a very high-risk thing to do. There is a high probability that the interview was not cancelled or re-scheduled, and that it's possible that your case has been closed for your failure to show. Or not, since your EA was renewed.

Make an infopass appointment.

Your reason would be to inquire about the status of your Green Card, so say "You have a question about your case."

Take everything you sent them and original documents such as your marriage certificate, I-94, visas, birth certificates along with a record of the dates you contacted them, your passports and print off the appointment page. Basically bring everything you have saved from this journey.

It's concerning that you haven't even had an interview yet. The rescheduling of it seems to be the problem. Don't wait to make this appointment!

thank you very much, i will schedule a infopass asap, even though my hubby think this is all BS can I go by myself or does my Hubby have to join because of the pending I130?
