DS160 photo error

After filling out the questions, I cant seem

to be able to upload my photo (requirements are met). It shows an error and something about wrong parameters. It’s an urgent visa.

 

I tried waiting, different browsers and even on my phone. Nothing seems to work.

Did you use the photo tool on the Dept of State website to check everything first?

I did, still did not work. Emailed them but no response yet

Probably won't get much traction this week.

That's the thing with these government websites.

I called them and they told me the website is not behaving! So I tried the next day and it worked

Congrats. I thought it might take a while because of the holidays.

Stuff just always randomly breaks, it doesn't make any sense.
