I have read online that US borders are open pending a negative corona test for British travellers.

Does anyone know the accuracy of this pls??

It’s a two-part requirement. To get into the US directly from the UK at the moment this is only possible of you are a USC, green card holder, spouse of USC or GC holder, parent of a minor USC or GC holder or minor child of a USC or GC holder. There are a couple of additional exceptions for essential workers coming here to work in COVID-19 research, etc.

Those who are eligible to travel will also need a negative COVID test under new proposals. This doesn’t eliminate the first requirement.
