f2b petition validity

my green card holder uncle has sponsored his 4 children for green card recently  we have one question. is that going to make whole petition invalid if one sibling gets married while F2B petition is pending and his 3 other siblings are still unmarried?can they notify US Embassy regarding one sibling marriage and request them to only drop his name from the petition?

Question is worded strangely as there should be a separate petition for each child - you make it sound like one petition with four people on it.
One petition becoming invalidated will have no effect on the others, each petition is assessed individually.
