Hi Guys,

For those of you who entered on a K-3 visa, has anyone been issued a Temporary EAD at the Point of Entry (POE) specifically LAX? I've been hearing some POE's do issue a temporary EAD on the I-194. Has anyone with a K-3 visa been given a temporary EAD at LAX?

K-3 visa holders are not eligible for a Employmenbt AUthorized stamp as K3 status does not have employment authorization associated with it...

only for K1s

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!
