Hoping that this brings some light / hope to people! My husband had his interview scheduled for Jan 12th. Obviously canceled due to lockdown. BUT last Wednesday, he received an email rescheduling his interview for tomorrow (March 3rd)!! This has taken way too long and has kept my husband from our 18 month daughter for longer that we bought thought it would. Can’t wait for it to be all over.

That's amazing, congratulations. Best of luck and looking forward to hearing how it all went.

Hi all,

Here is a spreadsheet of K1 and CR1 applicants in Ireland 🇮🇪 Hopefully we can get a better picture of timelines and scheduling at the embassy. Feel free to add your dates in 💕

It'd be helpful if people added the date their interview was scheduled as well!

Did this interview change to April 6th? I noticed a different date on the spreadsheet. Thanks!

Oh my bad! Someone had the same date as you. So the interview is still taking place today? And just to confirm you were DQ on September 1st? I can add you to the spreadsheet.

From my understand yes! We weren’t told otherwise. Husband is on his way now.

yes I was. And yep! Not a problem.

Absolutely horrible. Our worst nightmare. They told him no, and to fill out an i601 due to apparent fraud (which he didn’t commit fraud - our lawyer told us this repeatedly). He just got some #######.

Omg that's awful! I'm so sorry to hear that!! If you don't mind me asking - did the officer give any reason to why he/she thought it was marriage fraud?(feel free to ignore)

I'm quite worried personally as I was denied entry to the states before and feel like they will hold this against me at the interview.

I’m so sorry! That happened to my husband years ago. What were the grounds of fraud?
