Anything yet? We also had to submit an extra document. They kept my husband's passport though. Status still says refused for us

Where do you see 'refused'? I'm not sure I'd place too much weight on the CEAC status - we were approved and our status says "administrative processing".

It says on the CEAC status. They said they would issue the visa pending receipt of the i864a. I just don't know when the status will change to AP

Hey everyone, wanted to update that we had our interview and were approved! I don't think we would have been approved had we not known about the CEAC upload requirement, which they checked when we were there, so thanks everyone for that information. They mentioned that it would take up to 10 working days to get the passport back.

It sounds like you're all near the end which is super exciting!

That's great congratulations!!

By we can I ask if they let you both in for interview?

No only the person the going for the visa can go in.  My husband waited outside.

I'm taking this as an approval! 🥳 Thanks for all of your help and support over this time, friends; here's hoping you all get similar news as well.

Is your CEAC status showing refused or AP?

So here we are almost two weeks after the interview.  Last Wednesday they confirmed they had the documents we sent the day of the interview after they originally claimed we didn't send them and still no response nothing.  I don't see how our documents haven't been viewed yet and approved.  Getting really tired of just waiting for someone to take the time to just look at the papers and say ok your good. It would literally take a minute to look at them.

Has anyone heard of the NVC scheduling November/December 2020 DQers yet? It seems pretty late in the month? No new interviews submitted to VJ or the spreadsheet

Just got a email and now my husbands proof of domicile isn't enough for them.  We have sent rent agreement, job offer and multiple other paperwork to prove he will be living and working there and its not enough for them.

My mom didn't sign her passport so we're having to reupload that today. They called us about an hour ago

Hey everyone.

I've been following this thread and found it most helpful. I just received word that my IR1 interview is scheduled for June 4th.

I was DQ'd on December 14th.

I'm a little concerned about the tax related documents based on above comments. My wife's grandfather is joint sponsor and he is only in the middle of completing his taxes for this year since the deadline for returns was extended in the US. He is retired so no W2's. Any advice for me Please?
