Morocco. Laayoune. Taiwan. Any others? What’s wrong with American women?  (This sounds more like you are actively looking elsewhere, than that you happened to meet her online doing something else.)

What’s your point? It’s a free world and a man is allowed to look wherever he chooses to find a spouse. Some even marry people in prison for life.

He’s old enough to know best about his love choices.

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!

My thoughts, exactly.

That would be great for Spain and maybe for me also.

I am not trying to be a hard-headed donkey, I see that door for us is closing rapidly. Thanks again for all your advice and time. I am saying this in a sincere tone of gratitude.

Yes, he is.  Some choices leave people more vulnerable to certain outcomes though, as some of the very sobering threads in the family changes after immigration forum can attest to. Some outcomes are surprising to the posters involved but less so to others who’ve spent much time on these forums. There are many success stories where people in love overcome many obstacles. There are also many stories where red flags turn out to be validated, and people tend to miss red flags when they are in love.  Could go either way, but eyes wide open is always the best way in.

Getting criminal records is the least of your worries as most countries have procedures to obtain from abroad

not from  Morocco (you can if you are a foreigner and need one)  and if you give a  POA to a family member to do business for you but in this case the father is not going to and not going to allow anyone else to business for her (as OP pointed out himself the family has basically disowned her /mother knows about this relationship but not able to help)

OP   in your private message to me u know why she was kicked out of the house and shamed the family/ moroccan families don't forgive

DOS site has instructions for acquisition by non resident Moroccan citizens.  That is what I am going by.

I don't usually PM, so it wasn't me

This entire setup sounds like an elaborate troll.

In case it's not, you're missing the fact that they'd send any correspondence to her original address, where her family would get it and supposedly also open and read it. Other than that there's so much ridiculousness to respond to here.

Also she's literally illegally immigrated to another country. Good luck explaining that red flag (on top of all the other ones) to the embassy. (Yes, she absolutely did that for a very good reason, but most illegal immigration happens for a very good reason).

Plus, you know, all the other red flags that make it look like a troll thread.

I did a hard analysis of the situation from an outsider's view and I don't like what I see.

I am 99% sure that I am that walking away from this relationship. The 1% miracle would be that I am absolutely wrong about her when I take a week-long visit.

Oh, after she got disowned by her family, leaving her stranded in a foreign country? It's cool of you to walk away now and not before ruining her life.

She left for Spain without telling me for several months.  She is not stranded. Matter of fact she is doing very over there.

It seems that  I am the person doing the worrying for her.

Closing this thread down,  if I can figure out how to do it.

Yes, I don’t agree at all with the poster who blames you for her decisions. No way of knowing how or why things happened the way they did. But the fact that she didn’t tell you for so long is unfortunately yet another red flag.

Re closing thread: hit the “report” button on one of the posts, that will take you to a box where you can message the mods, and ask them to close it for you.

Good luck with your decisions/future events.
